Holistic Resilience Certification and Courses:

In this Women in Industry series, we’re exploring Holistic Resilience, accessing Personal, Professional and Organizational Resilience to transform your life and help you develop the tools to thrive. The American Psychological Association (APA) defines resilience as “the process and outcome of successfully adapting to difficult or challenging life experiences, especially through mental, emotional, and behavioral flexibility and adjustment to external and internal demands.” (1) We can think about resilience as the ability to adapt to adversity. Holistic resilience is valuable for women, and this series focuses on resilience as a means to thrive.

  • How can resilience add value?
  • What are the components of Holistic Resilience?
  • What tools do I need to develop to become resilient personally and professionally?
  • How can Holistic Resilience transform my life?

In this six-part series, you will enhance your ability to build personal and professional resilience, connecting with tools and techniques that will help you build a more resilient you. Complete all six sessions to earn a certificate in Holistic Resilience or select and complete individual sessions as desired.
